Another long weekend at Dead River beach, Cobram although cut
short by thousands of cockatoos we left lunch time on the Sunday (Monday PH) to
give us enough time to clean the van and car. We were warned by a fellow camper
before we set up when he said “few cockatoos around here” pointing up into the
tress above where we placed the van under. Lessons learned !!! “look above before
setting up camp” and “listen to wise advice from fellow campers”
Arrived home Sunday afternoon, spent the afternoon trying to
high pressure wash off the poo and ended up buying a foaming unit for the washer
on the Monday morning to foam the van, all in all around 5 hours cleaning car
(part done) van and dog, took the dog for a bath as well
